The Live, Interactive Planetarium Symposium is an annual gathering of professional planetarium presenters to share best practices for delivering live, audience-driven planetarium presentations, emphasizing active engagement with audience members. We're excited to be able to offer this special planetarium presentation at Fiske. Experience Alien Safari by stepping into the role of an astrobiologist on a daring mission to discover alien life! Then, travel through the nighttime celestial scape with Shapes in the Sky.

Taking inspiration from audience members’ actual dreams, the performers facilitate the creation of new constellations and mythologies in the night sky.

Cozy candlelight, brilliant stars, and seasonal music in our comfortable state-of-the-art theater will lift our spirits as we welcome another year and Fiske’s 51st trip around the Sun.

Experience a musical grand tour of the solar system. Just as Fiske had opened its doors, NASA launched a mission in 1977 that changed humanity forever, Voyager. Two probes were dispatched to explore the outer planets, turning points of light into worlds more dynamic than ever imagined. The mission also carried The Golden Record—a message from the people of Earth to the future. The musical tells the far-out story of a team of scientists who made major discoveries about our solar system—and about what it means to be a human on a pale blue dot.
